Since the spring Alex Poulton (15) has become a regular entrant for us on both Wednesdays and Saturdays. Wanting to improve his stamina, Alex upped his distance to the 3.6K with the help of his pacesetting friend Harry Durber (15) at this week’s event.
His enthusiasm has proved captivating for us, his family and his friends. With both his brother, Toby (10) and father, Lee, also signing up and build upon their initial 800m to reach 1.5K in recent weeks and friends, Harry and Charlie (15), who are both heavily into personal fitness, now becoming regular members.
It is for this enthusiasm, support and dedication that he makes the pic’ of the week where he can be seen (on the right) alongside Harry in the 3.6K event. BPRC
