This week’s ‘Pic of the Week’ is of Bryan Vigrass and is a complete contrast to last week’s post.
Bryan is our oldest entrant and is in the v80+ category; like many people he didn’t start running until his later years; in fact he started when he was fifty and has attained many trophies and accolades along the way.
We do not expect many people to accommodate a bulging trophy cabinet, however, to turn up regularly around our park and maintain his fitness is an example for all.
