This week’s pic’ of the week goes to Michelle Redfern. Michelle joined BPRC five weeks ago, setting a 5k time of 33.49 in her first event. Since then, she has participated in three more runs. At each run she has repeatedly beaten her pb, whittling it down to 31.32, a remarkable achievement. We congratulate her on her efforts and feel it won’t be long before she sets a milestone sub-30 minute 5k. BPRC
Update: Yesterday, showing sheer determination, she yet again beat her pb with a 31.12 finish.
