Hi, once again from the side-lines of Brough Park Couch to 5K.
The photo that has been chosen from 16/09 event is of the cakes that were baked by Dan Knowles to celebrate the events second birthday – very nice they were too.
Congratulations to those few that have stuck it out and thanks to all those that attend the Couch to 5K event and our backroom staff that aid the smooth outcome each week.
