Hi once again from the side-lines of Brough Park Running Club.
The Pic’ of the week from last Saturday’s event (13/05/18) goes to Suzie Noble.
Suzie is a regular entrant at the Couch to 5K, and has worked hard over many months to get back to form and secure a PB – following minor foot surgery.
Two Saturdays ago she could be heard saying ‘damn’ as she failed by three seconds to better her PB, and last week ‘whooooooo’ as she crossed the line knowing she’d finally overcome that hoodoo – thanks should go to John Lagan for encouraging her throughout that event.
It’s nice to know it’s not a case of ‘I’m alright Jack’ amongst our friendly members.
