Hi, once again from the side-lines of Brough Park Couch to 5K.
The pic’ of the week that has been chosen from the 11/10 event has an aim; encouragement – encouragement to one and to all – by highlighting the progress made by, on this occasion, Suzie Noble.
Just like many others she has had set-backs in her strive for fitness and progressive, improved times.
However, teetering once again on the edge of a mile-stone time mark that leads back into a zone that holds her long-standing, PB, we wish her well.
There have been set-backs in various forms for many; they have fought, or are still fighting, their way back to more pleasing events around the park; we bid them, along with all others, especially those just starting out on the road to fitness, the very best fortunes.
So! Let’s give encouragement to our run partners, young and not so.
