We know that at 8am on a Saturday morning most people will be thinking “just roll over and go back to bed” and “it’s too cosy here.” Take the easy way out, but you may feel bad later if you didn’t get up and go.
It’s pretty easy to bail on yourself, but when you have people to meet there’s a lot less wriggle room. You’ll forget the insanity of it when you meet your friends and you’ll realise that there’s no better way to start the day than with a run with friends by your side.
