This week’s ‘Pic’ of the Week’ is of John Lagan. John came to BPRC with his daughter Kim in October 2016. Since then, John has been a very regular runner for us and Kim now fits in as many events as she can between her work commitments. No doubt, they are both drawn to the club for the social, not too competitive atmosphere. Members of the club can always be counted on to push, motivate and support you through all the joys and struggles of running. Regular friends may not understand the ‘running addiction’ that runners are accused of having, but members of the club understand the need, desire and passion to run, all too well. They also realize that the real successes in running, are not just fitness related, but the friends you make along the way. BPRC
